When you contact us we can arrange a time to meet that is convenient for you. A 60 minute appointment for an initial consultation will be made with your coach. We will answer any questions and help you to decide whether coaching is for you.

Your coaching sessions will last for 60 minutes and are at an agreed time and day usually on a weekly basis. In between face to face sessions pre-arranged phone/email support is also offered.

Our aim is to bring a professional, affordable service to you. Coaching session fees are usually £45.00 however concessions are available depending on personal circumstances.
